Check twice before using Fiverr Youtube Gigs

Hey Warriors,

Hope to write this and provide a heads-up for people thinking about using Fiverr youtube gigs to promote your video.

- Make sure to check the reviews
-> On that note, many times they may have positive reviews though check the NEGATIVE reviews specifically (realize after the fact there was an option for this)

- Look for services that actually promote your video or use like share rather than those that create a bunch of fake accounts for the gig
-> You can get an idea for this base on the variety of gigs they offer.

The recent gig we tried on Fiverr had our Youtube video deleted for terms of service. I was already expecting that when we saw all the subscribers sent our way were subscribers with COMPLETELY new accounts.

Why don't you just stay away from shady, unethical practices, and stick with a completely honest business model?

Instead of getting fake viewers to positively comment on your video, why not make an outstanding video which will obtain positive responses based on its own merits?

Thanks for your comment. It's a good comment and viewpoint. Though you're basically likening it to saying why use ads? Why try to get your content found in the first place?

Many people say, build great content and leave it there. yet do you know how many great content are on the web yet they aren't found simply because the internet is now a bigger place.

There are some promotions which obtain real views and there are some which don't, like what we mention and what we suggest people to avoid.

Though I'm curious, have you tried what you mentioned in theory? Have you tried creating a great video and then seeing if it gets a positive response WITHOUT any promotional efforts? Let me know how that went please. (because time and time again I see great videos that go unnotice not because they don't merit to be viewed)

It's a nice theoritical to simply upload content and let it be found on it's own. though how was the internet before search engines

Is it wrong and unethical to try and get your video noticed? Most people who say, build it and they'll come haven't given it a practical try. Indeed, it's important the technique you do so though maintaining a ethical approach is very important to us.

I think this could best be summed up as "you get what you paid you" plus "if it's too good to be true it probably is" with a dash of "what did you think was going to happen?".

I would only use established people anyway.

You should know that you are taking a gamble on somebody with bad reviews or somebody who is new.
