Warriors:

I want to change an inside page of one of my Kindle books to include a website of mine in the same niche...

Will I lose my "reviews" if I do such a thing?

No, you shouldn't lose any of your reviews. As far as I know they treat it as a 'edition' of the book, much like a printed book can have a number of editions but still be the same book.

You don't even need to call it a new addition. Simply re-upload the file.
