What Do You Use To Host Your Free Report/Giveaway?

INTERNET MARKETING

Do you just host it on your normal web hosting account, or host it elsewhere? If you get a lot of subscribers I could see the web hosting usage get hit quite hard, especially if the report is a few Meg

I just use my regular hosting. No point in making it more difficult.

It depends on the size of the report. If its a small ebook you can upload it to your
website related to the niche report. If its a large file its best to upload to
a file hosting service, there are plenty of them out there, you can google that.

  That's what I've been using for all the files that I want to pass on to others, and it's worked out well for me.

My own hosting every time. Unless you're on a particularly restrictive hosting package, bandwidth shouldn't be an issue these days I'd suggest.

  I've done it on my own hosting, but most of my giveaways are smallish zip files (under 25kb).
  
  For larger files, like videos, etc., I'm seeing more people using cloud services like Amazon's S3 to store and serve files.

I've uploaded it to the backend of the website as a PDF for an ebook and then hyper linked the email being sent from my autoresponder to the uploaded document.
