UAW Question For All The Experts
For anyone who considers themselves an expert in UAW; I need some advice. I have several sites that I have already run UAW with. My question is how many times do you run them through with UAW? All my sites are over 5 months old.
Is this an ongoing process until your site moves up into the search engines? I do not want to run UAW too much if it is going to hurt my stats.
I have run most of my sites through UAW at least 3 times each; however some of them are through with the process. My question is do I keep sending them through the system or is there a limit that you can do before your site gets penalized? I just want to know if I should run them through again since some of them are done with the process?
I know this may sound like a silly question; but I do not want to hurt the site if we should only use UAW 3 times on each site.
