Privacy Policy & Disclaimers

Hello Warriors,

Can anyone tell me if using a copied privacy policy or disclaimer will hurt a new website's rankings? I have a couple from websites that generate them for free and I'm trying to decide if I want to use them.

    It is a very common practice and will not effect SEO.

    I asked this question in the forum a couple of weeks ago and was warned against doing this as privacy policies and disclaimers are copyright protected. Not sure about affecting SEO though.

      There are privacy policy generators which create a non-copyrighted, personalized policy.

    You can get somehow unique ones from fiverr for $5, so why copy, get them done for your website/business.
