The ONLY way to know for sure is if you get sued.

The way I see all disclaimers, and I assume this will be understood given that you are in the USA, is like a prenuptial agreement. It doesn't matter how solid or preventative it actually is because once you get into a court room it will be viewed with very little weight. It becomes less about what was agreed upon and what can reasonably viewed as compassion in the eyes of the court. No one wants to help a 'bad guy' when a poor victim is sitting there asking for help from a judge, even if the victim is just faking their damages.

Is someone going to sue you because your book has one factual error? Probably not. If they tried then this disclaimer would probably prevent it from going very far. But, on the other hand, if you actually did cause someone some serious damage by recommending (for example) that they invest all their money in VCR tapes based on research that you were disingenuous about then a judge or jury isn't going to care what agreements you made.

At the end of the day if you've done your due diligence and your product isn't going out of it's way to defraud the purchaser then you have nothing to worry about.

Look for a cheap attorney on craigslist or on freelancer and you can get it easily revised.

I'm shocked that no one has recommended Fiverr yet.

The only way to prevent being sued for your ebook, 100%, is to not publish it.

That said, it reads like you've scraped bits and pieces from various disclaimers, which in itself could be a copyright violation. (And before someone says 'just rewrite it in your own words', in the legal realm that is both stupid and downright dangerous.)

If you're a War Room member, attorney Bob Silber has a download available with disclaimers for both fiction and nonfiction books. If you are not a WR member, getting the subscription is a lot cheaper than hiring a live IP/Internet lawyer.
