You'd need some sort of delayed script within your button. I know optimizepress has this option within their plugin.

AffMack beat me to it! That's how I've done mine. You tell it the number of seconds to delay and then it reveals the button.

  i would also test whether the delayed button actually works better then just having it there to begin with. Once you sold them, do you really want them to wait until you are finished doing your sales pitch? No you want them to buy, when they want to buy it.
