INTERNET MARKETING

I need someone very technical and experienced to work with me in private to get this conversion tracking firing to the ad network. I have tried EVERYTHING to get this going and I'm no noob at all but for some reason the subids/variables are not getting passed at all. I will go into more detail in private. Paying $$ for the help.
