I need help about Clickbank

I have been submitting support ticket to Clickbank for the past 2-3 weeks without a single reply from them. I don't know what to do again. I need to get a re-issue of some of my checks from them totalling about $1200 and they would not even say a word.

Please someone know what i should do in order to get reply from them or any other way of contacting them? Any phone number?

Please help on this...i need the checks and i need the Clickbank to reply me. Your advice is welcome.

    Clickbank doesn't give out any phone numbers except for business development (calling that number will not make them happy). I normally contact a specific employee at CB, she might not like me giving out her email, if you PM me I will send it to you.

    I have never had problems with their support team myself.

    Usually when come to this, I just a TT to them and they will get back to me. I have deal with them for more than 10 times and I have the answer all the time.

    Try to log a TT to them and I believe you will get your feedback soon. Thanks

      What do you mean by TT? Not quite clear, please let me know.

    Maybe I shouldn't do this so it did not come from me 1-800 390 6035. They have over 10,000 affiliates and they don't want them all on the phone I guess... good luck

    This happened to me a couple years ago and they said to send the checks back and they would reissue them. They said if I did not have the original checks there would be a small check fee.

    I sent them a short letter and the uncashed (expired) checks and had the new ones in about a week.

    I would try postal mail, but really, I've always had good luck with their email.

    Lodge a ticket through their support section. I had this happen when I didn't bank my check within the 90 day period so when it got banked it was dishonoured. I lodged a ticket through support and they got back within a couple of days. I had to pay a $20 fee for the check to be cancelled since I didn't have it to return to them and then they just sent me a new check for the balance.

    Just try to lodge a ticket and if you already have then mention that in the ticket that you have contacted them previously and had no reply, they will usually get back to you quickly
