Product creation questions

Alright I'm thinking about creating a product but I need to get these answers resolved to understand the direction I'm going to take.

1. Can I create a new identity online, and possibly brand it, and what not so that no other person can use my new identity to say it's them. I would prefer to start without linking my photo with the name. So what solutions are there? Eventually when I'm popular I'd like to reveal more of my own real identity but for now I'd like to keep a new identity for myself.

2. With this new Identity will I be able to not mention my real identity in either the website, the ebook, the dvd course, or whatever else. Is this legal?

3. Would it be easy to create video sales promo's and so on, without having to reveal myself, my voice, or the real me?

    Sure you can, authors to this all the time. Just start an online presence with an alias or non de plume, open and email account with that alias etc etc.

    If you are doing video, you can always outsource that. In terms of creating a brand you could get a logo done and use that instead of a photo, a bit less personal but it will do the job.

    You sure can, you can use a pen name, which is a name that marketers use without revealing themselves.

    Yes you can make videos under this new pen name.

    Many marketers write articles in mini niches under a new pen name which is not their real name.

    People use "pen names" all over the internet. They use them for books, ebooks and many other things.

    I don't think it would be very helpful to eventually reveal who you really are, it would probably turn people off very quickly.

      A lot of people use pen names for ebooks, Kindle products etc. You can create a new identity and use this identity to brand products. I have clients who do this all the time.
