I don't know about verifying withe debit card but see if you are eligible for Payooner's US payment service. It gives you a acct# and routing# that can be used with Paypal and also to request direct payments from US companies.

Hey I personally tried to do that myself, but they will just limit your account (PayPal). So if you want to do this, make sure the details on your PayPal account are 100% accurate. I tried by using Payoneer U.S Payment service where they open a bank account on behalf of you on U.S. But it didn't work and PayPal limited my account.

Ya you're better off linking your bank account if you can. Payoneer is not the most reliable service in my experience.

    Hi everyone,

Please note that Payoneer's US Payment Service provides you with US bank details which can easily be added to PayPal - this service is used by many of our account holders. However, you must have funds on your Payoneer card before attempting to link it to PayPal - since PayPal charges a small verification fee. When you try linking the accounts with no funds on Payoneer, PayPal sees that and might limit the account.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, @koubain.

Also important to mention that Payoneer simply provides you with a collection account option, meant to be used with many US companies. To use it specifically with PayPal, you need to have a valid PayPal account (using your real information) that supports withdrawal to a US bank in your country. Payoneer should not be used as a way to circumvent PayPal rules and regulations.

As Romi mentioned above, tens of thousands of Payoneer account holders around the world are successfully using Payoneer to receive payments from US companies.

      1. Why would I need to have a US bank bank account (or did you mean USD?) to be able to withdraw money from Paypal? Who told you this?

      2. Can you give me ONE single real life example when Paypal lets you withdraw USD (read: US dollars) without converting them, if you live in another country than USA? Can you give me the name of the PP guy who can approve this? Because for 10 years I am trying to withdraw my US dollars from my Paypal account into my legally held US dollar account in a big Canadian bank... but PP simply doesn't let me.

      3. Quote from your own FAQ:
"You may also receive payments using The US Payment Service. This service allows Payoneer cardholders to receive US ACH/Direct Deposit payments from select US companies, including PayPal, Amazon, Apple, and more..."

    Hi Istvan,

I was referring to Payoneer, not PayPal. Our US Payment Service is a general service meant to be used with many US companies. If you are looking to withdraw from PayPal to Payoneer (specifically), you need to have a PayPal account that supports withdrawal to a US bank - as the US Payment Service is a US collection account.

You of course have other withdrawal options with PayPal (to your local bank, for example, if supported in your country). I was only referring to Payoneer account holders.

Regarding your 2nd question, this is something best answered by PayPal (as I am not a PayPal representative or affiliated with them in any way). According to their website, and my experience with the service, they allow you to withdraw funds to a US bank (in some countries). If your PayPal account is held in USD, and you withdraw to a US bank, no conversion is made. If your PayPal account it held in another currency (such as CAD) and you withdraw to a US bank, they will need to first convert to USD.
