    As @bober8590 said, it depends on what kind of business you do. I have tried craiglist before without any luck when I promoted digital affiliate products. Recently, I worked for a clinet who sells phisics products online, I found classified ads is a great methord for acquiring new customers.

    Register account on free classfied ads sites and give it try to see whether it works for you or not. Usually, it just takes 1-3 days to test it out how long it works.

    the problem with classified site is that you have to keep on doing it and doing it.. I like to outsource it cause it is a everyday job.. bulk posting is always good..

    And also depends on your products and niche..

    it depends.... some sites will make online instantly, while others take some time for approval. There is also a time span like 7 days, or 1 month and so to keep your classified live online, after that, you have to renew the classified or make a sponsor listings.
