Problem with Screen Capture Images

I am doing a screen capture with the free tool Jing. However when I copy the image to a MS word file the image looses its resolution and becomes blurred.
I will be thankful if you can give me solution or another tool for screen capture so that the image does loose clarity after copying

    you could try resizing it in a image editing software, I use photoshop but I know from reading posts here there are many free options available, just do a search from free image editing software

    The best way of taking screen captures in Windows is to use the "print screen" key on your keyboard and then paste the image into tool like paint.NET. You can adjust the image there with no problems.

      Maybe you can try to use other ways to screenshot image on your computer, for example, you can press "PrtScn" button, but note that it only takes full screen capture, you need to crop it in Paint. Or you can use other Jing alternative screenshot tools like Snipping Tool, Free Screenshot Capture, Skitch and others to capture image and make edits.
