Default Wordpress as a CMS? help!

Hi,

I'm looking to build a website for a business, and have thought about using Wordpress. The problem is that all the themes I've found would make to site look like a blog and not a website.

Can anyone advise on any good themes that would make my website look like a proper business website or give me any other tips that may help?

I'm not the most technical, and thought Wordpress would a good program to use because of all the plug-ins available.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for that, I particularly like the SonerTech example. The site is for a digital marketing business, do you think I would be able to get the info across with that theme?

Also, how customizable are they in terms of colours etc?

Thanks again

Finding a free CMS theme is tough work - if you are willing to pay for one Studiopress offers some really good ones.

I would agree with Studio Press suggestion and add that you could also try Flexibility which is now a paid version but you can still get their free version. And yes the colors are very customizable with Flexibility.

I was just going to mention the Revolution Themes and then noticed they changed their name to Studio Press.

I bought a Devloper license back when they were the original Revolution Themes and I love working with the templates.

Most of my projects use one of those templates and I highly recommend them.

I use StudioPress and WPThemes on some of my WP sites. They've got great template designs which won't make your site really look like a blog..
