PayPal - Proxies - Suspicious Contries??
My PayPal account will allow me to buy things but not make recurring payments. Presumably because I won't attach my bank account to my PayPal account. Anyway, now it seems I cannot use my credit card in Pakistan (through 2Checkout). It gives a 530 error, so I assume they just don't like Pakistan as the the card works for me in the United States.
Where can I go to find some proxies (shared or private, about 10 of them) that don't require PayPal and are not in countries with serious reputation problems.
How are you guys getting around all these Visa, PayPal etc restrictions.
My bank (Castparts Credit Union) makes me call them and tell them it is me if a charge is made in the United Kingdom and a few other European Union coutries. Apparently my credit union feels that European banking laws are not good and I am not allowed to spend money there.
Where am I going to buy some proxies to use in Ultimate Demon and the rare bittorrent download.

Is this an unspoken policy, the government doesn't tell us to buy American, they just turn off the money if it isn't being spent in the United States. I kinda like that idea.
