Paypal Problems?

I'm just about at the end of my rope with this.. for the last few days Paypal has been acting up .. receiving transactions is fine but try anything else like the merchant tools, resolution center or even viewing details of what someone has purchased has become impossible.

Has anyone else noticed this problem recently? Paypal support have yet to reply to my emails.. just wondering if it's a common problem at the moment that others are experiencing?

Perhaps they are fixing something today. There is a message they will be unable from 2pm Eastern until 2:25 today

I've had that same message for a few while on both paypal.co.uk and .com, could be what's causing the probs. Just hope it picks up again soon.

Did you call them? I've had nothing but great service from Paypal when I speak to their tech support in person. I had to contact them about a claim on my account recently and the guy was way cool! He even refunded a chargeback service fee without me even asking..

I always recommend calling them if you have any issues.

I have always received good luck when calling paypal for help. It seems I am able to get straight answers that way and quickly.

Giving them a call might help you resolve the problem. Usually this happens when their sytem is undergoing maintenance, but should have a notice on your account panel...

I haven't had any problems today using merchant services but it might be some maintenance they are doing?

Hey Mickm,

If you are having problems with paypal, why not ask paypal what is going on with them.

There could be serveral things at play here that would give you problems as you mentioned. All I'm saying is that it would be better to hear directly from them rather then us guessing.

I like going directly to the source of the problem also. However some time I just wounder if any one is having a problem also with the same company or place. and sometime you can get some ideal on how to approach or handle a problem.

I have had problem with Paypal for months now. I email them many times and get the same can answer they are looking into it and will get back to me. I thought a phone call mite get me the same respond, but now hearing that others have been getting good result from phone support I will now try calling them and hope I get a good response also. Thanks for posting
