Need help with a Wordpress page Please

I have just created a page on my Wordpress blog and have encountered a problem. I am using a blank sales page template to produce my page within my blog. When I preview the page I get the following error message in the top left hand corner of the page.

Invalid Project ID SEO powered by Platinum SEO from Techblissonline

I am using the Platinum SEO plugin on my blog and there is no problem if I create a normal page, but I want a page with no sidebars or other distractions.

Has anybody else come across this problem and if so were you able to correct it.

I look forward to any help and comments.

Thanks

Kim

    Kim,

It's probably a plugin issue. Is the page appearing properly if you actually create it and view it in the browser (that is, not as a preview)?

Try deactivating the plugin to see if that works. If it works with out the plugin it is more then likely a plugin problem. You can then just switch out the plugin with say allinoneseo thats the one I use and have had no problems with it what so ever. Hope that helps pal good luck.

I deactivated the plugin which has removed the SEO error message, but there is still an Invalid Project ID message in the top left hand corner.

  • I've had great luck contacting support at Wordpress directly. I would give that a try. They have always been helpful.

    Go to wordpressmax dot com/customize-wordpress/custom-page

This will show you how to do what you're asking without a plugin. I know it works because it's how I do it on my blogs.

    Cheers!
