Where Can I Find A Button That Pops Up After A Certain Amount Of Time?

I tried to Google what I'm looking for, But I'm not exactly sure how to word it.

Here is what i need.

Say you have a video on a website and 10 seconds in you want a buy it now or click here button to appear below the video every time someone lands on the page.

How do i get that?

      I researched and bought ($75) a code generator which writes scripts for popups, popunders, sliders, etc popup-toolkit.com Which is pretty cool and has tonnes of features and options including DHTML. Its pretty much a lifetime license. Took a little time to learn but would work well for creating a button which comes out after a period of time. If you go to my site tremblingleaf.com you will see a slide out and drop down testimonial popup I made. There are 9 slide outs, each times to follow the other.

        You're looking for a script that puts a delay timer on your purchase button...

        You can do this manually by inserting a javascript code, or if you're using wordpress get Optimize Press and it will do this for you (along with lots of other features)
