Jvzoo and other similar sites... Am I doing this right?

Hello Warriors,

I have been reading, searching, and watching videos regarding Jvzoo and how to list products for sell. That's all well and good, however, I'm beginning to think the site is not something I should use for my product. I may be over thinking this, so please help me out here.

One product will focus on the relationship niche.
One product will focus on making money from home niche.

My question is, is Jvzoo the right sales channel for me to add my product for affiliates to promote?

The more I search and learn, I get the impression they are more geared towards marketers providing products for affiliates to sell--to possibly other marketers. (did that make sense?)

My products(s) will be geared towards regular people (non-marketers, non IMers, etc)....and newbies (want to work from home--getting started, etc.). Although I think there are new and experienced affiliates who will promote the types of products listed above, is it safe to assume these affiliates are promoting to lists and audiences who fit my product(s)? Is jvzoo a lucrative site to use for that purpose?

I've seen the products listed on jvzoo, and it seems they are from some top sellers, and experienced vendors, that I feel intimidated to list my product--for fear of no affiliates choosing to promote it.

I am aware of the following: paydotcom, clickbank, clicksure, pay spree, amazon, ebay, and craigslist. But I like what I've seen within on JVZ-- user friendly and simple to use. So are there other sites that offer the same, or better, or would be a good place to list my product--based on the niche I listed above?

I really want to get something listed, and not be like some people who do not take action. While my momentum is still in force, I want to get the ball rolling.

Thanks so much in advance.

I'm currently on my own mission to create and release a WSO a week, but if you were to checkout how my WSO's differ from what everyone else is doing you'd realize that your product has the best chance of getting more affiliates to promote once...it starts to convert well.

I've positioned my products to sell well as a stand alone on their own, but I think the real leverage is in having a number of them in the first place.

With that being said...I'd strongly recommend you place your products ANYWHERE where others might either buy or promote it because its infinitely easier to find 100 ways to get just 1 customer than it is to find the 1 way to get 100.

Put it out there...JVZOO, WarriorPlus, E-Junkie, Clickbank, Deal Guardian, etc. Put it out there.

Put it anywhere and everywhere you can then.... make and distribute your next QUALITY product.

I absolutely hope my little rant helps you and I wish you the best of luck for 2014.

      Regards

If your product is good, has a good sales letter and a good sales funnel and results in an excellent EPC (at least above $1.50 for the funnel) you have a good chance to get affiliates.

You still have to find affiliates but if your product converts it is fairly easy.
Something to keep in mind .. at least what I have noticed for myself .. is that 5% of my affiliates bring in 95% of the sales. I have scores of affiliates who have never done a single sale (many who have never sent a single hit either)

I agree. Why only list it in one place when you can list it in many. Get all the eyeballs you can on it.

JVZoo is a market place. There's products on there of all sorts. Not everything is marketers selling to other marketers.

However if you're thinking you can just add products to JVZoo and instantly you'll have a load of customers find you and affiliates promoting you then you might find yourself disappointed. You might get some but you'll have to find most of both yourself.

Thank you. So even using PLR products/articles (that I change up) can result in good sales?
Is a sales funnel necessary? Or can I just put out one product at first to get my feet wet?

Yes, very helpful. Thank you. Is it ethical to put the same product everywhere--at one time? Ex. I have product A on CB, JVZ, WP, EJ.... all at the same time, and at the same price?

Something to consider. The more views the better. Thanks.

Thanks a lot. I had a bit of a concern about that same notion. I'm not expecting instant affiliates or sales (or maybe I am ) but I know it'll take some time. And there is a learning curve. I guess the point is to get my quality product out there.

What other sites (besides Amazon, CB, the ones mentioned) are there where I can put my strategy/ebook/guide/report out for sale? I want to target the market of work at home moms, retirees, or students; for a different product, tailoring to those looking for relationships, dating, etc.

Another question. Does JV approve products immediately from sellers/vendors?

Jvzoo is really just a payment processor/fulfillment site. It has nothing to do with where the traffic comes from.

If you are looking for affiliates in the internet marketing niche then JVzoo is probably the correct place to be. The dating niche is a different story. You will need to tie in with a larger network that focuses on dating offers. Start with some of the common CPA networks such as NeverBlue etc.

Ahh, good point to keep in mind. Thank you brutecky. I guess that ties in with the adage, 'some will, some won't'.

Very helpful Ryan, thanks. What other networks focus on dating offers? I'll check out NB in the meantime.

Brutecky makes an excellent point. Just like you have (or will have eventually) a core of repeat customers who buy almost everything (maybe actually everything) you put out, you'll have affiliates who are your real superstars.

Take good care of both groups! A good strategy I use with top affiliates is to bump up their conversions on the front end of sales funnels. Sometimes they even get a bump on every level. Make them watch for your stuff and really want to promote everything you do. That's a big key to using JV Zoo effectively.

When you get to the point you can afford it, run affiliate contests and give out cash and/or cool prizes to to affiliates. Word will spread and you might reel in some big fish affiliates, then it all snowballs and you're set.
