Newbie help: how can i make my web form list

Hello warriors,
i'm newbie and i'll start to making my list, i desigend a custom Squeeze page but when i create a web form in getresponse it gives me a huge html codes and when i post it the style is changing desipte of i disable the css code

can someone give me the codes or tutorials to post it in my Squeeze page

    Looks fine to me, but then again, I don't know what has changed.

    You will need to remove the s from efforts and fix or remove the copyright byline.

    As Danny says, looks good to me as well, I like the dollars picture behind it, as well! ~ So not sure what the problem you are having is

    If you can fit it in I'd change "Enter your email below" to "Enter your primary email below" always better to be in someone's primary email inbox.
