How to hide referral traffic sources

Hello, i need a 100% working method to hide the referrer to the merchant's landers.
In other words, i won't them to know my traffic sources.
I have read abt using an external domain that redirects to the lander (should be the best 100% secure way)
Any tip?

Thanks

M

goog.gl, bi.ly etc.. DO NOT blank referrer, unless you go with a paid service like referer.us. I don't want to use any 3rd party service for various reasons.

How about url masking where the URL will be your domain but the page loads under that
? I am using Click jacker plugin to do that - works perfect.

I believe there is a plugin that is called CPA redirector that does exactly that. I’m not sure where you can buy it but do a Google search for it. It redirects all traffic that sent through the link that is generated by the plugin through your website and when the affiliate networks check the referral traffic it looks as though it is coming from your site. If you need a more detail explanation of how to do this PM me and I would be more than happy to explain it to you.

You can easily do this with 2 redirects.
Send the traffic to www.domain1.com/redirect.html and redirect the visitors to www.domain2.com/redirect.html. From www.domain2.com/redirect.html you redirect them to the final destination.

P.S. Make sure to use 2 different domains!

I use a domain name that I host and create redirects with the .htaccess file. That to me is the quickest way to generate short links. All the sites will see that domain as the referrer.

And use a secure connection. When you redirect from an https link, the TLS specification forbids the transfer of referral data. So they don't even know what your external domain is.

bevomedia offers secure connection without you getting your own SSL certificate.
