Getting in google news with free press releases

Fellow Warriors,

I remember a few years back I used to use free press release distribution sites to market my sites and had a great response.

All I used to do was submit my press releases and then they would appear in Google news with a link to my site.

I wanted to give it another go today and try to get some traffic to the following page.

Could anyone here help me out with which press release distribution sites are free and get into Google news these days?
