Opinions Required On Which Way To Go With Amazon Site Builder

I have an Amazon Site Builder. Typically once you have a keyword it builds a full Wordpress Selling site in Ten minutes or so complete with disclaimer and all the bells and whistles. It is fill in the blanks software so quick deployment.
It allows you to add categorys and post products under them as well as finding products for your master keyword. (optional)
I intend to use sub-domains. So for example, say I find the keyword "Madonna Dvd's" for example is a great low competition phrase and a lot of amazon results come up. Up goes a site on a sub-domain called http://madonnadvds.sitename.com
The question is, due to the speed of deployment, do I target that keyword alone or put up other catagories based on other related keywords I find and get headings with related products under them. Like Madonna cds., madonna t-shirts etc. Or, just make a it a one shot pony targetting Madonna dvds. I can quickly put up seperate sites for the other categories one at a time if i wish. And find a better keyword to title each one.!
Some of the traffic getting will be automated due to social media profiles which the site will post to and another method. However, would also like to get organic traffic, not relying on google anymore but Bing and Yahoo would be nice. since this is cheap and quick to do I aim to put up a lot of sites.
Your thoughts would be appreciated. Cant quite decide.
