Web 2.0. Even Big Companies screw it up!
However, did you ever think how easy it is to screw this up.
Lets look for example, at the Facebook page of BPM.
BPM is a dance music channel on XM/Sirus Radio.
Looking at there facebook page, you can see clearly there is only one or two users who are "Cheerleaders" for the channel. However, they have a very blank facebook profile, recently created and with no info. It's widely assumed by many current BPM fans, that these are interns in the XM/Sirus marketing dept, creating fake profiles.
So, even the big companys out there, clearly still do not understand how to use these services effectivly.
