That's a niche that is know to sell - but I am not so sure it converts at a very high percentage.

You need a killer optin page - "sign up for my free 7 days to Spanish Samuri Course"

Then a VERY good sales page and a very good follow-up sequence that leads the prospect down the road to seeing exactly WHY they need your ebook.

Just my 2 cents.

You have to make a CONNECTION with the person who sees what you are selling. You have to use particular keywords that speak volumes to the customer's exact desire.

What exactly is he looking for? What value are you giving your customer?

Are you too "salesy"?

And it is in the numbers still...not very much UV in a month(500)...maybe you should take a look into a course that can help you to find what you are doing incorrectly. That is the best suggestion because only you know what you are thinking, how you are planning, your strategies--but if you learn the correct ways, then you can pinpoint what you are doing wrong yourself and make the adjustments that will convert your visitors into sales.

yeah - SEO traffic is not looking to BUY stuff usually - it can
convert but well-targeted PPC aimed at people who have a
real need to get started will give you a more accurate idea

Your site looks great but,
I think your problem is giving to much options to the visitors.
Where can the visitors buy or where can they optin?
You don't have call to action. You have too much info on your first page (in my opinion)
So let's focus on something for example collecting optins, and email them until they buy (offering a guide ie:"100 spanish words you should learn before you die etc.")

500 unique visitors a month really is not that many visitors. How ever you should have made atleast one sale maybe two. I would do this I would try to rebuild the page to make it more apealing and catching to drawl them into the sales pitch. I notice someone above said something about a ar I have not looked yet to see if your page is in your sig. I will be doing so after I am done writing here though. If they are correct about saying you do not have an ar and that you need one. an auto responder is as i like to call it my little black book. I can go to that little black book make a email about any product and send them to the page for it.

The black book is just like that black book most have of names of people they can go to if they need a little loving. You know you can call on them almost any time and get what you need that day no questions asked. An ar works the same way. You go down the list and start picking at them one is going to buy if you have a subscriber base of 500 or more.

First of all, your site is a blog.

Using blog to promote product, you need few things...

1. Targeted traffic to a specific pre-sell page
2. Or you may want to build a community using comment, rss and opt-in email
3. A lot more traffic - Unless is targeted traffic, but blog attracts more natural search traffic, and you need a lot of it to convert...

Do extensive keyword research to find your targeted customer, and create a post for each keywords, then build back links to those post, you should be able to attract many traffic!

In your post, you should start to promote the product, recommend it in the post itself!

I would focus on changing the home page. very very messy. i left it after 5 seconds coz i just didn't understand what i'm doing there.

my 2cents' worth here,
keep your site simple, and also need to do active branding of yourself or your site as a brandname, next is to follow up your leads , not just one time but in a period (e.g. one, two weeks') so that they get to know you by building up a relationship online, next is the conversion, after you had updated your website you might have just one sales page, and when your eyeballs tries to leave and click on the back button or close, then your site can popup a discount page, e.g a 10-20% discount to further sale your product/services to him/her again. Make it more attractive somemore. Next i think is after you are able to get hold of the customer e.g. they bought your product. You can further monetize them by upselling to your existing customers more value added products or services. i think the initiate sells brings in more sales as the customer is already comfortable with you. if not he/she will not buy from u, right. well just my two cents of comments. hope it helps. cheers and More money coming in for you!!

frankly speaking i have the same issue like you. but i can see it better when i step out of the position and i can see it clearing from another prospective
