Anyone know about the back pain niche?

Seems like the back pain niche is massive, and people with pain generally REALLY want to get rid of it, so it seems like there should be an opportunity to sell a good info product on this. Looking on Clickbank I see a handful of back pain related products, but none of them have any sales to speak of. I'm really surprised. Anyone have any idea why that might be, or better yet, any real experience in this niche?

(Keep in mind, I'm talking about back pain that can be relieved by stretching/exercises, which is the case for many, many people. I'm not talking about selling an info product to someone that has a serious back injury ,etc.)

I have dabbled in it. I blew out a disk and had to go through 83 days of physical therapy. So naturally, I got interested in the niche and did some research.

I created a few videos for a product that I purchased I and sold a few copies. That is the limit of my experience. I DID sell a few copies but I DID NOT go all out with massive action.

I just dabbled and still made a few sales.

Just GO FOR IT. People with that kind of pain want relief NOW and will buy NOW.

This is my bread and butter: the back pain niche. It's a very, high need sale. People are looking for solutions and money is easier to spend in comparison to unnecessary stuff. Just like weight loss.

However, I agree that clickbank and other affiliate programs never really have any compelling products in the niche. Got to be clever.

I saw your reply about back pain as your bread and butter. I take care of this off line but want to move into the online niche. What do you recommend to get started? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I tried something in this niche, but never really got very far. It's actually quite hard to get AdSense clicks. Plus people in pain can be quite nasty customers at times.

So there's probably a good reason why there aren't many Clickbank products in the niche.

    hmmmm some interesting thoughts above.

Well I havent done anything " back pain" but I do know that such a niche or anything health related always have more buyers than just mere information seeker.

You can create your own product and sell it. Shouldnt take you more than a few hours to create a 10-20 page report. Its all about the solution and not the length of the report

I haven't tried the backpain niche, but have had success in the knee pain segment. The problem is there are very few "really GOOD" info products out there. No wonder people in such emergency situations don't trust the products floating around.

Its a good niche and easy to sell also - you just need to have a good product and convincing promotional material.

I think that you could really do great with this niche because a lot of people are desperately looking for information on it and ways to get rid of it. Make sure to offer verified information and you can even give some valuable tips on exercising by uploading videos.
