PAYMENT FACILITY FOR CHARITY DONATIONS - HOW?

Hi Warriors!

I am helping a friend who is working to found the UK's Museum of the Horse, as, somewhat surprisingly, we don't yet have one.

She has a house full of artefacts such as saddles, stirrups and bridles from all over the world, some of which are very old and unusual.
I particularly like the 1936 Western saddle which has obviously done good service - if only it could talk!

She has been working for years single-handed on this, and we would like to see it progress now.

Although I have encouraged her to monetise it with amazon, etc., she only wants to advertise products that she herself can recommend - she was formerly one of the few female jockeys in this country and has worked all her life with horses, so she knows all the best equestrian products.

How would she put on her splendid site, which is number one in google, a facility for visitors to make donations?

If she has paypal, she can set up a 'donate' button.

that would be the quickest and most effective.

    good luck to her.

Very simple: she should open an account at Paypal (if she doesn't have one already) and take donations through Paypal.

They allow you to build a "Donate" button, and you can let the visitors decide how much they want to donate.

Many thanks Abo28 and Simon for your advice.

It should be very quick and easy to set this up.

Please do look at the site if you are interested - just google 'Museum of the Horse UK'.
