When someone starts a subscription which involves an immediate payment, Paypal has started pinging the payment notification first and then the subscription notification. What this means, is that I am trying to record a payment for a member who doesn't yet exist. Has anyone else come up against this, and if so is there an obvious solution which I am missing? Thanks, B |

This isn't a glitch, the API clearly states that there is no fixed order to how these will arrive. I get round it by assigning unique id for either ping, storing it and when another one arrives, seeing if it matches. (ta to James for that)
