Any other Warrior got their E-gold refund?

If you used E-gold in the past you know that they went
under. I got an email and almost ignored it because I
hadn't used this processor since 2004! But I did have
a little balance in my account.

With the class action suit, if you had a balance you
were entitled to the equivalent in cash. They needed
so many documents to prove that you were legitimate
that I almost gave it up as a scam. But this morning I
got up and saw some extra cash wired to my account.

Any other Warriors cashed in?

I used e-gold before for several years but fortunately I emptied my account before the problem occurred. It's been a while and I think you better forget about it.

I'm saying that I got the money wired to my bank
account. So I did get the refund.

Really? When? That's a good news? Care to share the amount?
No one is already thinking of getting a refund unless he has thousands of dollars inside his e-gold account before..

I guess I only had a couple of dollars.

Good to hear e-gold accounts are finally settling up - it's been a long time. I used e-gold a few times but removed my funds not long before it all went bonkers.

Consider it "found money" - and have some fun!

e-gold was the only tangibly backed, worldwide electronic monetary/payments system.
e-gold was 100% backed by physical gold (silver, platinum, palladium)
Now that we know the results of this, lets all run to bitcoin or some other e-coin, because we know they are backed by something even more valuable

It wasn't a lot of egold. I don't normally forget about an account
with a lot of money in it. But because the price of gold had
gone up I think that the balance was 5X the actual initial value.
Not a bad return on 'investment'.

I think my accounts have small amounts not worth the trouble to go through the claim process, just write it off as lost profit LOL I have forgotten the login passwords and IDs anyway
