If you're operating a web design business, what DO you include service-wise as part of your ongoing monthly fee?

offer upsells; hosting fees,marketing campaigns,ppc management,seo optimization,management of content on site

always upsell!

Thanks Ryan - does your basic monthly fee include the hosting charge? or a certain allowance for updates or changes to the website itself or the content on it? or other stuff?
