Problems with hosting company

Hello~I hope someone can show me or tell me the solution to my problem. I have sent this question,"How can I ask a question about this product or problem in Warrior Forum-so I hope this is it!

I have 2 websites & gold pkg of $147.00 for leads at Cloud Pro Host, which is evidently the same as Optimum Hosting who has the hosting for Cloud Pro and myself. They will not give me a functioning cpanel link. This has been going on for a month. They will not let my website go live. I have paid the money and it should have been up for weeks now. They do not respond to my support tickets, their last reponse being 1-24-14. Optimal Hosting ignores me as well. They even had the nerve to charge me another $147.00 for leads and haven't used the first one and they haven't even got my website up?

What can I do?

      Thx, Alan-is chargeback a refund? They have denied me that in the past. Problem is they won't even communicate with me. They just ignore me and my website hasn't opened, won't give me cpanel that works, and I am literally out of money-was gonna pay bills today but they hit me with $147 for another gold package. I thank you for your wisdom and help!

    Hey,

    Go through your credit card company for the refund. Not the host. They're obviously being d-bags.

    A charge back is when you dispute the charge with the credit card company. I had to do one, one time and there were 10 reasons you could use. The last one was 'other' so you can do it for just about any reason. The credit card company has to agree with you though. Just check your credit card online to see if you can do it there. When I did mine a few years ago the basic rules for doing one were on the back of each bill.

    Fortunately mine went through and someone who was trying to keep my money had it taken back and refunded to me.
