Is it a good way to use public domain contents for niche websites for ranking?

I'm not a good or fluent writer so if I intended to create contents for niche websites ought to committ them through outsource.

And I take into consideration to use public domains contents as those of my niche sites and is it a good way to create or get my own contents?

For the other one, I consider them to use as ebooks.

Public domain material has its uses - and limitations. It very much depends on a) your topic and b) whether the material you find is suitable, up to date enough and in modern enough English, (or whatever language you publish in).

Content for niche websites doesn't have to be in writing! You could post videos! Just make the titles fit the niches your posting about, then send the traffic.

Looking for prewritten content in the public domain is very time consuming too.

PLR material may help you, but I'd still advise re-writing it.

Ultimately, your customers are going to buy from YOU, not your content. So if there's nothing of you in there, you won't make that connection.

My 2 cents worth: find a way you feel comfortable communicating and do it - in your own words. (If you don't like video, use audio! We're spoilt for choice these days!)

    Hope that helps.

PD is good, but ideally you need to have it rewritten so that it's unique. It's much cheaper to have a rewrite done than an article from scratch.

I'd go the same way as Absolutelee, definitely rewrite the content in your own words. Try to create something original out of it, it's free inspiration and info and original does much better than directly copied!
