What Is The Right Way To Create Your Own Product?

I have posted similar posts pertaining to product creation, I have researched some different methods on the advantages of product creation.
My questions in the posts (based on some of the experiences of others)

What strategies work best in creating your own products or (offers).
My primary business is in MLM (home based opportunities) I am also in affiliate marketing.
My main objective is to build a bigger list and create a low end offer to sell online.
I am wondering what methods work for creating a product that can create and monetize a good sales funnel..
I am looking to build a landing page that goes to a low end offer to gain potential customers, that eventually can lead to customers.

In your experience what types of low end offers would be sufficient for creating a sales funnel. Should this be; (E-books, videos, software, etc).
I am looking to launch a small low ticket offer, what methods for product creation works best, and what platforms are best used for payment processing and for hosting the offers. (affiliate networks).

I probably plan to begin the process of implementation, and in what i may need to research to create a good offer that others may be interested in. My expertise is in (Wordpress, HTML, Design, Blogging, and Video editing)
