My Adsense on Client Sites?

Moderated: Adsense topics belong in the Adsense forum, thank you.

I figure I'll get a quick response here, so maybe you'd be kind enough to give me some advice.

I have a client who rents a site from me. I own the domain, the hosting server, and my company manages and markets the site (aside from the client's blogging contributions, we do everything else). Now, my fees aren't cheap, and this client has asked if they can cut a deal. In exchange for letting me put my Adsense codes on the site, they wonder if they can have a fee reduction.

Is this allowed in the Adsense program?

Whether it is allowed or not, I'm not sure.
But if you do the math - look at their visitors/bounce rate/etc... you will figure it out pretty fast which option to take.

I dont think there's any rule that disallows this.

The code will be your code & it's effectively going to be used on your site - even though you are renting it out.

If you own the domain and hosting it should be legit. But as picky as Adsense is with 'quality' clicks and traffic, I'd suggest caution. Last thing you'd want to do is jeapordize your account.
Maybe re-negotiate to monetize a different way on the site?
