Hi warriors!

Can you recommend good tools for traffic analysis? Are they even worth it compared to Google analytics? E.g. kissmetrics.com or others.

I am trying to help my client. He has high traffic, but terribly low conversion rate. Without analytics tools it is like being blind.

Btw, the google analytics shows excellent stats. Low bounce rate, high time spent on the site etc. From Google analytics, the business should excel.

I do not understand, why do you not use Google Analytics? Even if it shows excellent stats, it does not mean high conversion rates.

You should look into the marketing aspect instead of tracking, IMO.

  I do use Google analytics, but it does not tell you anything about visitor engagement. For example Shopping cart elite has such tool, but it is only for big advertisers.
  
  I wonder if tools like kissmetrics can bring you something more than google.

Google gives you pretty much all the tools you need if you know how to use them. Just go through and make sure you are tracking everything on there. If they have high traffic but low conversions then you already have the numbers you need surely.

Look at the pages that aren't converting and change them using split testing until they convert. Maybe give visual website optimizer a go to get some quick and easy split tests going on as you can get a free trial package and then you start paying once you hit a certain number of hits. Very easy to setup and use as well.

Without knowing anything about your business I would say look at the numbers you already have. It could be a problem with the traffic source but more than likely it is the sales copy!

What more are you looking for specifically that Google Analytics doesn't offer?

You can try plugging your data into something like Sumall to get better insights but not sure if this is the type of thing you're looking for.

i use my click boss to track links and conversions. they also have a pretty good rotator. $87.

most people (in the list building/solo ad world) use adtrackz gold. about the same price but no rotator. thats why i got my click boss
