What would be a better organization strategy for storing links, passwords etc. Other than righting them down.

I personally just remember them all... or write down the one or two that I can't choose myself.
However, a lot of people seem to like RoboForm: Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management. It stores your passwords and information that you tend to type in a lot (registration forms, etc). Joel |

I've used roboform, it's cool enough. But really, a simple spreadsheet is tough to beat.

Good old spreadsheets will do. For the frequently visited sites you could have passwords saved in Firefox (btw, the FF InFormEnter is really handy for standard forms).

Hey,
I'm a little OCD when it comes to being organized and I keep spreadsheets for almost everything. I agree with Smokey_Joe, they're just so easy to manage and update. Just make sure you back it up! I hope this helps. Kat x |
