utube video responses, without getting rejected?

Whats the best way to post video responses to videos on utube, so you can piggy back off them, to get that traffic to ur video response..... without the response request being rejected?

from my understanding, a video response is like a comment, but with ur video included, and you have to request-submit it and it has to be accepted by the video user= rather than posting it and it gets accepted straight a way.

whats the best way to increase the chances of your video responses getting accepted on utube videos?

This is tough because I get video response requests ALL THE TIME on my youtube videos (search:Turtleknife). I have NEVER approved one of them because they are doing exactly what you are trying to do - take advantage of my marketing work.

Since it is a one-way street thing (no benefit for me) I have no incentive to help you. Therefore, I believe your best bet would be to contact the video owner FIRST and let him know you are going to ask to post the video response and in return for his approval ... you will blog-link for example to a website of his choosing.

You do not have any control over it.

Its up to the channel owner who posted the video to approve or reject your video.

They can set to auto approve, disallow, or manually approve.

It works the same with comments.

Uhhh....duhhh.... uhmmmmm.....? I think you misunderstood.... My suggestion IS to contact the OWNER of the video. This is exactly what he wants to know - how to get the publisher to approve. Way to move your links to the top though!

OPer, this was a suggestion and since I have never actually approved video responses, I really don,t know what will work, but I would start with offering a link and then just keep trying other other things. You may come up with a whole system of doing this by trial and error.
