cloaking, blanking referrer, and redirect questions

Hi I'm not too savy when it comes to technical stuff. Terms and what not but I've got some questions on how to do a couple stuff. I may have posted in wrong thread and don't know the policy on duplicate threads and what not. Can you guys click on the link and hopefully answer the ? Thanks in advance.

cloaking redirect, blanking referrer,etc-questions on how to do so if possible?
