Email Marketing- Smart Email software

I have hundreds of newsletters to send.
I have a .csv file with the name and email. How can I extract the name and email from the file and send it fast rather then copying the email and pasting it in the "recipient" field and looking at the file again and typing a "Dear Mr. Jones" in the text field.

If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for a way to automatically send emails to your list without having to do it yourself? If that's the case, you need an autoresponder system. If you use wordpress, there are many free autoresponder systems to choose from. However, I suggest you go with a paid autoresponder system if your list is very big. Aweber is a good one to look at. A quick Google search will also reveal many more of those for you as well.

No that's not my intent, Im saying I have a list of email addresses and names that I need to send newsletters to.
I want to take the emails and names from that list and send a personalized email to each one.
But instead of saying Hello Mr manager, I can include the name.

Any good email merge software will do this. I use Worldmerge, but there are a ton of options. And yes, they can read the data straight from the .csv file.
