Clickbank hoplink on word press platform

Please some body help me. I have a word press site that I want to use for affiliate marketing at click bank. The hoplink code is not working. The hoplink is a long URL with my commission code in it. The anchor text (part of URL that says' clickhere ) should change colour when placed in a post and when clicked on takes you to the product page. This is not happening. Please help me solve this some body. Thanking you ever so kindly. :confused:

    Thank you Brent I remember quite well that I did as (an ignorant newbie) go to word press.com and paying $99 when in fact I really wanted wordpress.org. Believe it or not, it is over a year now I have been trying blogging-lightly, and trying to get a hoplink to work and you are the first person to tell me this. I have written articles not published because hoplink is not working. Time is money. How can I get around this predicament? Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Thank you for your time and effort. I am not sure about when you say am to make sure I am using the correct hoplink. I only know about the one generated when you click promote for an item in the market place. I have been battling on and off with this for over a year but now I am determine to get started. Thank you.

      Sometimes you get two different links to use. One is a link for use in an email and the other is for embedding or incorporating the link into html on a web page.

      Double check that you are using each link in its intended location, as you will have trouble if you get this wrong.
