Help with Copyright problems

Can anyone tell me how this was an infringement?? I made it myself similar yes same no! One complaint should not be able to do this otherwise everybody could do it to take out the competition correct?

  • You are most likely not a licensed dealer, nor do you hold a license to create or resell products that contains the Harley Davidson logos etc. You can't just start drawing company names etc and selling them on T shirts without permission. The world does not work that way!

    People who want to do that sort of thing, must first go through a process.

    Yep, even though you didn't use HD's Logo, you used their name and it is not just the logo but also the name itself that is trademarked. You are better off just completely avoiding any corporate names to avoid issues like this in the future.
