How to redirect Wordpress tags to main Post URL?

Hi @all,
I have a wordpress website with many post. Every post has like 5 Tags.
Now google will also index

http://domain.com/Tag/KeywordTag1
http://domain.com/Tag/KeywordTag2
.
.
.
http://domain.com/Tag/KeywordTag5

and all with the same content so google will consider this as duplicate content.

It is nice that google indexes the tags but I need a way to redirect the user to the main post URL when he comes from the search engine.

so http://domain.com/Tag/KeywordTag1 will redirect to http://domain.com/PostUrl that contains the tag.

I hope I made this clear.

Thanks for looking.

First, do you really think the ubergeeks at Google haven't figured out how Wordpress works?

Second, if each tag only appears on a single post, you're doing it wrong. Do a search for "wordpress tags vs categories seo" and spend some time reading.

Even if you could do the redirect you're talking about, my guess is that it would be recognized for what it is - an attempt to game the rankings with artificial links.

      Thanks JohnMccabe for your reply,
first of all, I am not trying to trick google and the tags in a post helps the reader when searching for a specific topic on the wordpress site ( This is why I have 5 tags added for posts).

I am just worried about the issue that google may consider this different pages with same content and this is why I am trying to redirect.

I will now check what you recommended to read so thanks for the recommendation.
