ticket conversions

hi guys, im new to posting on this forum but have been reading for a while, i have just set up a property investment mentoring website which lets people sign up for free seminars in the south west uk. can you take a peak at my home page (made with optimizepress) and give me a bit of advice? im currently getting a lot of people clicking through to register for free seminars but not getting sign ups or ticket sales! as well as that im not getting many people download the free report on buy to let, any help much appreciated!

    First, how are you targeting your traffic?

    Second, it's not obvious that you are having in-person seminars. Maybe people aren't expecting that. They are on the internet. They want the information now, not two months from now.
    Also, maybe the people coming to your site don't live anywhere near where you are holding the seminars.

    That's what I thought, most traffic is coming from Facebook and Twitter, getting quite a few through to the final ticketing page but not getting tickets, maybe they are waiting until nearer the time to get tickets
