Anyone a customer of ebookcoverdesigner.com?

If you are a customer are you still able to do business with them?

Their site says they aren't taking new customers but I'm an old
customer and they don't seem to be responding to my emails or orders for
grapics anymore.

I got started with them several years ago through a WSO.
I've used their services off an on since then and still have a fair
amount of money in my account.

    I have all the PhotoShop actions that these people use to make just about any sort of cover.

    I would suggest posting the job on eLance, RentaCoder etc - you will get loads of bids - probably much lower than you expect.

    Make sure you ask to see their portfolio, and above make it a condition of bidding that you require unlimited concepts until they provide one you like, and then must agree the completed graphic.

    Most graphics designers will produce 1, 2 or 3 concepts and expect you to choose one as a basis for the job. Make sure you control the job not them, and also make sure you use Escrow and you specify the job in detail including the conditions.

      Thanks but one of the good thing about these guys is that they did pretty good work and were were fast and cheap. There was a a small monthly membership fee to belong but it was well worth if you had a lot for them to do.

      Unfortunately now however they seem to have disappeared and I have money in my account with them that I can't use.

        Good news for me and other customers of this. I was just contacted by the owner and all is well.

        I wanted to update this so I wouldn't leave any impressions that it had shut down.
