Getting new-member login info thru spam filters - ideas?
Hi -
I have many membership sites, with several thousand customers. An ongoing challenge is getting their login/pass credentials through to the 5-10% that don't get emails, due to spam filtering (usually from cox.net, aol, comcast; eg the ISP based emails).
Any ideas on how to make sure people get their "welcome / login credentials' emails? I'ts a bigger challenge now than 15 years ago, many emails are getting filtered out, despite being sent correctly.
