Squeeze Pages...Real Name or Alias?

When Setting up squeeze Pages is it best to use your real name or an Alias/Pen Name? I'm Not really comfortable putting my Full Name Out there like that! What do you all think?

    I think it depends how involved you want to become with that niche. If it is a long term thing then I would say sure use your real name and become an authority. If not use a pen name.

    I use pen names for everything, writing articles, squeeze pages, you name it. Heck, I've used pics of my daughters, and created niche sites writing as a chick, lol!

    Doesn't matter if you use your real name or not, provided you are ethical in your marketing affairs, because if NOT it's most likely, people will just do a whois search and see who you really are anyways, lol.

    It's according to what you want to do. For me, it's all about personal branding. So, my picture is me. It's my name. Real everything. But that's just one way of doing it.

    I use my real name "Chuck" but people think it is my pen name because I'm an "Aussie Asian"....haha

    The one thing you want to do is to build trust with your subscribers.

    Show them that you are real.

    What's wrong with putting your name out there? If you want to be successful and have people trust you then I would put your real name out there.

    That's my opinion.

    you can go with a pen name if you want. but you dont really need to put your name on the squeeze page if your giving out something for free. you would usually do that on a sales page. and again you can use a pen name.

      Its funny how so many people do things differently. To be honest in all the years, and all the squeeze and sales pages, all the websites, and all the forums I have not 1 time used MY photo, let alone A photo. Now that I am looking back, I don't even use my name that often. Now that I really think about it... The only site that even has my Full name is my company site, and that's in a letter from the owner.

      Hmmm wonder how much money I have left on the table with that mistake?
