YouTube experts: Should i create new account for"junk" videos?

I plan on creating some very high quality videos to promote my website along with some quick"junk"-like videos (not necessarily junk, just not high quality).. which would basically be quick 30 second videos of slide presentations etc.
Should (and does YouTube allow) I create a separate account to keep my main quality channel in high standings with highly rated videos.... Or Simply create separate playlists?
