Do You Want Camtasia? Free Trial

Hey Warriors,

There's a lot of talk about video and audio these days in internet marketing. How do you do this without spending a bunch of money?

Answer: Free Trial of Camtasia

Download Camtasia Studio 30-Day Trial

That link is to their free trial.

I totally love this program and I created, produced, and used my first video in less than 15 minutes from installing it (and I played with it b4 I started recording things).

It can record things in audio only (good for creating MP3's to give away or sell)

Now...

The trial is only for 30 days.

However, this isn't an issue. The price is 299 after 30 days.

If you create a short series of videos on a subject...which is easy with camtasia, you could create an easy product selling for 50 bucks.

6 of those and you've paid for a permanent license.

Sell your video package as a WSO and you're gold.

For anyone wanting to start with video this is an excellent opportunity to get started, for free, and build your first product in less than a week.

Cheers,

Brad Spencer

This is exactly how I started using Camtasia as well, and like you said, why not spend the first 30 days creating a product that you can sell?

I am sure that almost anyone could make enough money to pay for the program, or even half of it and continue selling the next month as well.

It's a great product, one I use several times a week.

I also started with Camtasia this way, back in version 4. Version 6 is awesome, and it's still the same price.

For those who may still shy away from the 300 dollar price tag there are alternatives:

I have spent over $600 going through versions 3, 4, 5, and now 6. Money well spent and the ROI has been fantastic. I still marvel at those who balk at the $299 price tag. It is such a valuable tool.

And, you get the 30 days free to make the money to pay for it.

      Joel-

Honestly, it really is mind blowing why someone wouldn't use Camtasia for 30 days free. I'm already working on a video product b/c this is so damn easy.

      Bill-

Great post on freebies, however, with most freebies and ,call me naive if necessary, you give up a lot of functionality.

The key with something new is to see results relatively quickly. Camtasia is SOOOOO easy for basic stuff and the product stuff is so freaking cool. It is simple and like I said originally...I started making video w/in 15 minutes.

I sincerely doubt a lot of freebies have both the depth and ease of use of Camtasia. But some people really don't have the money so c'est la vie.

I got ****** off because I was suppose to get 30 days, but after about 13, I was told my trial period had ended. When I reported it, they gave me some temporary info that extended it a bit more, but even that pre-maturely expired. LOL! Now that left me ****** again, but I'll still get it, eventually.

So is this product worth it? What other video tools are there?

I am now using Camtasia Studio 6 and I have to say, the product is worth every single penny. Its a product on a very small list of programs that I count as my top daily tools!

Great idea here from the poster, use the 30 days to create something you can sell off and pay for your investment with.

There are plenty of alternatives which (imho) are as good as camtasia and cheaper, two that sprint to mind are turbodemo, democharge (which can both render to flash) and then as mentioned above camstudio which is completely free.
