Which visitor IP addresses are more up to date and accurate in Cpanel? Is the 'Latest Visitors' IP address list more accurate than the Awstats IP address list?

I'm seeing some IP addresses in the 'Latest Visitors' list for today, but those IP addresses are not in Awstats. I'm trying to figure out why the Awstats doesn't have the IP addresses.

    Hi Angela,

    AWstats doesn't update the information in real time. I think it's once per day (somebody correct me if I'm wrong).

    jep, awstats updates every xx hours.
    personally i use statcounter (.com) as an addition to the usual stats.
