real estate niche: how to get infomation about listing property ?

i have a domain related to real estate niche and i wanna try to develop a listing property site. i wonder which source will provide me that kind of information?i mean the information for listing !
i prefer 2 way of earning:

adsense
lead

i'm newbie here and hope get advise from gurus here as much as possible.Thanks in advance !

    to pass along info via IDX requires you to have a BROKER's license and to own the company in most states.

    So you don't just need to be an agent, you need to be a broker to get access to any MLS systems.

    and in case, i have no license. i cant make a listing property site,right?So what way i sould go with my domain when i have no any license?

        indeed, my question is : how to get property information ?then i post on my site !i dont mean searching google for infor then post. i prefer data feed or affi program.

        i hope i can earn money from :

        adsense
        earning from lead people to real estate company or something like that ( affi program)

        some guys above advise that i must have a license but i dont have any one and never get anyone i'm not from us or uk.

        is it clear, buddy?

    You can get basic listing info from a site like realtor.com.

    Most of the listing info is public info. Lots of realtors know that internet savvy folks only want to spend time with them when they want a private showing or think they might be ready to submit an offer.
